Letter form MCPS Superintendent just emailed. It provides the draft plan for the 2020-21 school year. The two options being considered are full distant learning or blended learning (2 days in person, 2 days online). Special Education services will be provided when students are in person in the blended learning model. The letter does provide a link for parental input.
