Present Levels of Performance

One of the most important parts of the IEP is Present Levels of Performance (PLOP) or, as the section is now called, Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFP). This is the section of the IEP that states what your child can do. This is also the starting point for goals and baselines. The skills and levels should be specific and understandable to you.
