IEP Annual Subscription Service

BASIC – $149.00 a month

• Unlimited responses to brief email questions. Brief is described as a 1 or 2 sentence response without
additional information needed. If additional information is needed before a response can be given, the
client will be informed, and the option of a strategy session will be offered.
• 4 phone calls a year to discuss progress reports (15 minutes each).
• Priority registration and free access to any webinars offered by Shefter Law, PA. Subscription
members will be given first access to register for webinars with notice when it will be open to other
guests.
• 10% discount on any additional legal services, including but not limited to, strategy sessions,
attendance at school meetings, and document review.
• Rates will remain the same for the entire 12-month period.
• That the Firm will not represent anyone else relative to Client’s matter without Client’s consent.

BASIC-PLUS – $229.00 a month

• All items in Basic.
• An advocate will review documents provided by the client in preparation for the annual IEP meeting.
• 1 hour pre-meeting meeting with advocate to prepare for the annual IEP meeting. (If additional time is
necessary, time will be billed at the hourly rate with a 10% discount.)
• The advocate will travel to and participate in the annual IEP meeting. (Travel is limited to 30 minutes
each way. IEP meeting is limited to 1 hour. Any additional travel time or IEP meeting time will be
billed at the hourly rate with a 10% discount.)
• 1-hour post-meeting with advocate to discuss how the meeting went and next steps.

BASIC-PLATINUM – $309.00 a month

• All items in Basic.
• An attorney will review documents provided by the client in preparation for the annual IEP meeting.
• 1 hour pre-meeting meeting with an attorney to prepare for the annual IEP meeting. (If additional time
is necessary, time will be billed at the hourly rate with a 10% discount.)
• The attorney will travel to and participate in the annual IEP meeting. (Travel is limited to 30 minutes
each way. IEP meeting is limited to 1 hour. Any additional travel time or IEP meeting time will be
billed at the hourly rate with a 10% discount.)
• 1-hour post-meeting with attorney to discuss how the meeting went and next steps.
